Brian Ross

Brian was born in San Jose, California, grew up in Seattle, and moved to Post Falls, Idaho, in 2020 with his wife of 24 years and their dog, Harley Quinn. He brings more than 30 years of customer service experience across several industries, including insurance, real estate, and financial services. Brian takes an old-school approach to service—putting clients first, communicating consistently, and doing what it takes to ensure they are well cared for.

As an Operations Associate, Brian specializes in operations and business processing, helping ensure the accurate and timely execution of client requests, account maintenance, and back-office workflows. His extensive customer service background and attention to detail make him a valuable part of the Alpha 3 team.

Outside the office, Brian enjoys football (49ers), hockey (Kraken), and cheering on the Mariners during baseball season. He also enjoys golfing, bowling, biking, cooking, exploring local restaurants with his wife, and spending time with family. One of his favorite traditions is preparing his father's spaghetti sauce recipe.

Brian is also passionate about supporting local Veteran charities and especially enjoys participating in Alpha 3 events that give back to Veterans and the local community.
